- Tally Value Pack (“TVP”) is an annual product upgrade assurance offering for licensed Tally customer

1. Free Version Upgrade (Upgrade to Tally 8.1, which has a whole lot of features like Multi Lingual capability, FBT, VAT Composition Returns, Excise for Traders).

2. Free Major Release Updates. There will be a minimum of 3 to 4 major update releases in a year. Each major update release could have one or more major features.

3. Free Minor Release Updates. Minor release updates will include minor features, Enhancements to existing features, improvements in user experience.... There could be multiple minor release updates in a year.

4. Discounts on Add-On's (Modules) which could be upto 50% of the Add-On (Module) cost. Add-On (module's) will be released at regular intervals throughout the year. These could be industry specific capabilities or general functional features / capabilities. Some of the e.g. of Add-On's are Payroll Add-On, Chemist Add-On, Construction Add-On etc.

- User purchases TallyCurrency cash cards and activates TVP from Tally Shopping Cart

- TVP is available for any version of Tally from its date of release to the date of release of next version of Tally

- Tally 7.2 users will not be able to purchase TVP after the release of Tally 8.1.

- But as a business decision to maximize the sales, the Tally 7.2 users will be able to purchase TVP till 31st March 2006

- TVP is valid till the end of 12th Calendar month from the month of activation of the package in Tally (e.g. If an TVP is purchased on Feb 10th 2006, then it is valid till Feb 28th of 2007)

- At any point of time user can have only one valid TVP applicable, renewal can happen before the expiry Or after the expiry of the existing TVP

- TVP can be renewed up to 60 days before the expiry of existing TVP

- If the user renews the TVP after expiry of subscription period - the renewal TVP Subscription will start from the date of expiry of the older TVP
